Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel

Check-in was smooth and efficient; I was even able to check in early, which was a huge plus. While I noticed that some guests traveling in larger groups seemed to face delays, my personal experience was seamless and welcoming. The guy at the front counter was very warm and inviting and very helpful handling everything with ease and professionalism. He was a MAJOR plus considering the issues I had traveling there. Additionally, I liked my onsite dining experience. My food was really good and that bartender, that bartender, that bartender was the truth!! Parking was straightforward and well-managed. Although it required an additional fee, the convenience and security of having it on-site made it worthwhile. I had no complaints with the process or accessibility. These guys were on it! The location was also a highlight. Being downtown, the Sheraton provided easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants without the hassle of long commutes or navigating complicated routes. Whether walking or driving, I found it easy to get where I needed to go. All in all, it was a comfortable, stress-free experience that made my stay in Memphis that much more enjoyable. I would absolutely consider staying here again.

The place was very clean and the staff was amazing and friendly!! Everyone was willing to help at every step from valet to housekeeping and security! The view of the Mississippi River was spectacular and the sunsets were amazing! We loved watching the ridge lights on I40!

the location was great. it only took us 15 minutes to get to the Fed Ex Forum and that was taking our time walking down Beale Street! The staff was friendly and very helpful as well!
