the location was great. it only took us 15 minutes to get to the Fed Ex Forum and that was taking our time walking down Beale Street! The staff was friendly and very helpful as well!

Everything was great until the next morning and we were the only ones that were not there for the marathon race. We were never told when the race was going to be before and when we needed to be checked out.
