Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel

Check-in was smooth and efficient; I was even able to check in early, which was a huge plus. While I noticed that some guests traveling in larger groups seemed to face delays, my personal experience was seamless and welcoming. The guy at the front counter was very warm and inviting and very helpful handling everything with ease and professionalism. He was a MAJOR plus considering the issues I had traveling there. Additionally, I liked my onsite dining experience. My food was really good and that bartender, that bartender, that bartender was the truth!! Parking was straightforward and well-managed. Although it required an additional fee, the convenience and security of having it on-site made it worthwhile. I had no complaints with the process or accessibility. These guys were on it! The location was also a highlight. Being downtown, the Sheraton provided easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants without the hassle of long commutes or navigating complicated routes. Whether walking or driving, I found it easy to get where I needed to go. All in all, it was a comfortable, stress-free experience that made my stay in Memphis that much more enjoyable. I would absolutely consider staying here again.

I mentioned to the front desk staff that the treadmill at their 3rd floor gym facility gave me an electric shock. After using it for ~30 minutes, I touched its left metallic handle and had this incident. I am not sure if this happened by coincidence or if the treadmill needs more maintenance (checks). Other than that, the facility is nice and staffs are great!

The staff was friendly and awesome, clean facilities, and located downtown. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay.
